I am sending this in after talking to Tim at Minelab International. I used to think I had the top of the range metal detector and going out I used to find quite a lot of interesting items, then met up with a new friend and went out on our outings which was great fun. My friend decided that it was time to get a better machine and decided to buy an E-TRAC so I had to buy one as well to see if they were any good, not really expecting it to be as far as I was concerned I already had a top machine. It did not take long at all to get the hang of the machine, the finds poured in, so we went over old ground already done, and dug deeper with E-TRAC which threw me all over the place as far as I was concerned my old machine could not be beaten. Well how wrong could i be, now saving for the CTX 3030, my conclusion is best thing I ever done just waiting now to buy the CTX to try it out.
