Since I first got into prospecting for gold around Christmas, the Gold Monster 1000 has given me much pleasure and plenty of nice nuggets. A few days ago, when I went out detecting I got lucky. The day started out quit badly, no good signals and annoying bugs eating me alive. After some hours, I decided to give up and headed back to the car. On the way, back a hill with some exposed bedrock caught my attention. I felt this strong need to check it out, so I did. After some climbing I got a solid signal, I dug it and was happily surprised when I found a 3 gram nugget! I have been chasing this nugget in my dreams for so long. Now the gold fever is worse than ever before!
