On September 21, I went out to check an old site that I have detected quite a few times in the past. The site has given up everything from 1570 - 1598 Phillip II Shield design cob reales, Civil war buttons, to relics dating to the mid 1950's, so you really never know what might pop up next. This tiny lead 1 3/4 inch long Egyptian mummy slightly melted on the back, with an earlier wound to the face, shows this site isn't finished giving up its secrets just yet.
