07 Dec 2015

Today Minelab has moved from its Torrensville base of nineteen years to a new corporate headquarters, along with parent company Codan.  The new Codan Campus is the premier facility of Adelaide’s high-tech precinct, known as Technology Park. Situated 12 kilometres (7.5 miles) north of the Adelaide CBD and adjacent to the modern Mawson Lakes residential development, Technology Park is home to more than 100 organisations focused on developing innovative products and services that lead the world.

Minelab’s President, Peter Charlesworth said “The new facility is a tremendous step forward, providing world-class working conditions for our dedicated staff. It is fantastic to be co-located with Codan and this will bring about working synergies and continuous improvement as we develop the next generation of metal detection technologies.”

The new premises is built upon the foundation of Codan’s Core Values and is specially designed to encourage staff communication and collaboration across the diverse areas of marketing, engineering and manufacturing.

With purpose built manufacturing operations and dedicated engineering test facilities the new campus will provide for current business needs and allow for future growth in an infinitely flexible environment.
