My Sweet Wife had to work until 2:00pm today, and it was ice raining. I decided to go jump in the creek and hunt another old swimming area I was told about. On the way there I passed this old house that I've always wanted to hunt and there was a car there. Hit the breaks and turned around. An 80+ year old man answered the door and said his Brother had hunted the whole place, but if I wanted to give it a try, go for it. After 2 hours and only finding one wheat Penny and one new penny I was getting a little discouraged. I only had a small square of the front yard left to hunt that was about 15' x 15'. After working up the first side close to the tree and the road Bam!! A sweet sounding signal on My CTX 3030. Only 3" deep and there it was. This is what makes this Hobby so addictive.
