We were searching for Benidict Arnold's lost taven, it happened that we had already had the permission and we're way off on an old map. We went back after two unsuccessful attempts in snow and rain. The first of many Reales started showing themselves. First by pirate Frank Lopergolo, then by myself and the the third if many by pirate Bob Brown.
Digging the signal was special because the three if us all got the same tones in a 12 foot area at the same time. We all yelled "got one!" at the same time. I will leave their finds for another story. The one I pulled out was a 1776 1 Reale and I was very happy at the prospect that it may have been in the pocket of Benidict Arnold.
