This is the first time I had taking my new EQUINOX 600 out for its maiden voyage. First good target was a silver religious medallion! Then went around for around twenty minutes and I hear a good tone. I dug and found an upside down mason jar. I looked at it and had 3 red tubes in it. So my curiosity got the best of me so I took it home. I opened it up and inside was three red tubes inside a bag with writing on it. The bag said congratulations it’s your lucky day...and talked a little about getting out treasure hunting also had bible verses on it. Inside the three tubes were metal detected pennies. No big treasure but still cool that someone did that. One of the tubes said he buried it in 2007!
