The annual Minelab Wedderburn Detector Jamboree is a two day event held at Hard Hill Tourist Reserve in Wedderburn.

The weekend involves two days of detecting the Wedderburn goldfields for tokens and nuggets.
In addition to the detecting competition, there will be lots other entertainment and activities - gold panning competitions, detecting demonstrations, exhibitions, stalls, local attractions, children's activities and more.

There will be a 3 day Relic Hunt at a Jackson Camp near Orange Va. March 30th thru April 1st 2012. Both Union and Confederate soldiers had camped at this site. It will be limited to 100 Relic Hunters. The cost will be $200 for 3 days.
