I bought a SD 2200d metal detector and didn't know much about searching for gold. I know they have found a few big nuggets out Wedderburn so I went out there for a look. After about 3 hours, I was getting a bit annoyed because I didn't even find a bullet then it hit me. I heard a loud sound and didn't think much of it. I dug around the signal, then got my scoop and could feel the weight straight away. I gave it a scrape with my fingernail and I couldn't believe my eyes a 3.64 ounce nugget, best feeling ever! Then sold it and bought a GPX 5000 from the Miners Den in Bendigo.
