Steel, aluminium, coin and a car

26 Jun 2016

As this cold creeps in at night after the sun goes down, it is less appealing to be down at the beach detecting, but as I don't like heaters or heavy jackets, I like the cool beach air and a bit of exercise can't be bad hey!

My interesting finds this time were a steel mechanical part of something; an aluminium piece which looked like a silver tooth when I first dug it up; a cool coin all the way from Nepal and the last target was a small yellow car a triumph TR6.

This was an interesting hunt with the X-TERRA 705 but I will try and do some hunting in the ‘all metal mode’ and see the difference in targets. I usually hunt in disc ‘mode 1’ on the beach with my X-TERRA 705.

Anyway, keep on hunting and good luck!
