I prepared well for this hunt, after finding a half medieval disc brooch last year on this field, I went to the owners this year with some beer for him and chocolate Easter eggs for her! They loved that! I could search there whenever I wanted! In my first hunt, I found one and a half medieval disc brooch. After this hunt, I decided to do the field again, now with the big search coil! After two hours, I found this beautiful medieval disc brooch with the glass still in it!
One of the best I've seen that came out of the ground!
This beautiful cloak pin is dated between 900 and 1050 A.D. This is my find of the month!
