I was just wanting to share with you my good fortune that I experienced with your Minelab CTX 3030. Previously I was the owner of an XP Deus and recently I haven't been pleased with its overall performance (especially on tests against other machines). Anyway, last Monday I got the chance to swap my XP deus for one of your CTX 3030s. The next afternoon (on the Tuesday) my friend who uses the ETRAC invited me onto his permission (basically to give me a quick lesson as he said they should be a similar setup). 20 minutes...... that's right, 20 minutes... That's all it took me to unearth an 1863 (22ct Gold ring). I couldn't believe it! If I wasn't converted, I most certainly am now. So pleased I came across to Minelab (incredible machine). I used it again at the weekend (again for 20-30 minutes) and found a tiny Charles I hammered penny. Both items found with the standard 11" coil. I was hoping to save up for a small coil (5" coil) as I am wanting to be able to navigate the stubble fields once the harvest gets here.
