On June 7th after work I went to check out a place I had heard of from some older generation that this was an old swimming hole. About 200 yards from it was and old stone foundation. I started detecting and was finding some old relics. Nothing to brag of then I got a siver signal and it was a barber dime about 8 inches deep. Then another and another. I then checked within the foundation and got a good strong silver signal again. About a foot deep I dug my first half and it was my first walking. I was very very excited at this point. Then I went to fill the whole back in and a glimmer caught my eye in the plug. I had to look again. It looked like gold. I thought surely not. After breaking the clump of dirt up, a beautiful gold coin emerged. I was speechless. Then after about 10 minutes of hooting and haulering now I have no voice the next day. I have had so much success with this detector I have only been detecting for about 6 weeks and this is the first detector I have owned. Thank you MINELAB Mike - Missouri, USA
