Relic Hunting the Old West with a Seasoned Veteran

Success Story

Being a well rounded and experienced detectorist who travels quite often, I have been fortunate to have found my share of good quality coins, artifacts and gold nuggets. So when I get extremely excited, that usually means I just dug something that does not get found much here in the United States. This coin is my 1st ever US 3 Cent Silver and it is the 1st year minted 1851. The “O” recognizes the New Orleans mint and that too was the only year they minted it. All the others years made were minted in Philadelphia.

So you wonder what a seasoned veteran detectorist uses (I own them all) when he’s in the field pursing older and deeper coins? Watch the video and see for yourself. See you in the field, where the real treasures are found. Gerry Gerry's Detectors www.gerrysdetectors.com Gold Nugget Field Training England Detecting Adventures
