E-TRAC finds 1914 Barber Dime

27 Jul 2015

My name is Keith and I wanted to share a recent story with you. I was invited on the 25th of July to a small club hunt with about ten friends to a children’s Orphanage that was built in 1850. I was using the E-TRAC with the normal coin mode setting and my first two coins I got was in the same hole (1905 Indian Head Penny and a 1917 Wheat Penny). My next coin was a 1914 Barber Dime at about seven inch’s down and mixed in with 4 rusty nails. I was standing there and the member (Wayne) who invited me on the hunt said did you find that coin there and I said I did. Wayne said Keith we have all been over that area with metal detectors, like the Whites and XP Deus brand and it was my Minelab E-TRAC that found the only silver coin that day. Thanks again for an awesome detector Keith – Ohio, USA
