I have used my Minelab X-TERRA 505 now for several years. And it has delivered one find after another. I thought I would show some of my finest and most exciting discoveries through several periods where Viking related findings have led to several major archaeological excavations of Viking graves. The archaeologists have let me and my Minelab participate, and in many cases the excavation has made it easier. On picture one a "skålspenne" dated to 840-950 century. Picture 2. a "treflikka" broch forum 900 century and finally a battle axe from around year 800.
