While on holidays I had a few hours to do a bit of detecting. Coins were not plentiful but steady. I was using my old trusty Sovereign, a good signal was heard.
As I was digging the target I saw something gold in colour. It was a broach in the shape of a peacock. Nice find but only plated. Walking further down, I got another good signal. Digging it up revealed a little silver pendant in the shape of a heart that opened in two halves! I was happy with my finds.
