This was my 1st bit of Gold I found with my New Minelab Explorer XS back in 2000. I was down by this river detecting when I come across some mole hills. Now I have no idea where gold was going to come on the screen or what the sound was going to be. When it came up it was a sound I had not heard before so it had to be something special & it was special as you will see.
Now 11 years on I have stayed with Minelab metal detectors & found many great things with the Explorer II that are in Museums & have been on TV too at a Minelab owners Rally in 2004 & 2007. Taggy - United Kingdom
