Well I met with the incoming chief of firehouse #2 of Frederick, Maryland last week, and presented him with the long lost seal.
What a coincidence that I found this seal, the 175th anniversary is next month and the property owner and I have been invited to attend the celebration as well as receiving the commemorative coin set and a copy of the history of the Frederick County Firefighters and Firehouses book all to be given at the party.
I have even given the local Frederick newspaper a telephone interview for a story they are working on.
