It was a wet, rainy miserable sunday morning hunt, i wasn't finding much, just a few 2 cent coins here and there and one 1949 kangaroo penny. after a while the rain started to get heavy so i decided to go home. i sat inside hopping for the weather to change for an hour or two, then when it stopped raining i decided to go detecting back at that park, my brother wanted to come too. while my brother was inside getting ready i stood on my front lawn wondering what was under the ground, so i picked up my 305 and ground balanced it and set the sensitivity to seven and then off i went. my first signal was a 36-40, i got down dug the plug and started opening it... then i saw a silver rim, i ran over, grabbed my camera and started filming and it was a 1954 florin!!! and then after that came a 1951 silver sixpence!!! (i never ended up going to that park) THANK YOU MINELAB!!! :)
