I'm loving my Minelab CTX 3030... I used an E-TRAC for nearly 4 years and didn't think that a better land machine could ever be produced. My thought has changed since I started using the new CTX 3030 nearly a month ago.
One day at a site, I found 5 old Colonial coppers including a gorgeous 1723 Woods Hybernia half penny and an incredible 1730 King George II copper.
A week later in Northern Vermont I found a GORGEOUS women's sterling silver sash buckle from the 1837-1855 period.
I didn't think things could get any better until the next day, while detecting in a cow field, I dug a 1794 Liberty Cap Large Cent!!! I'm loving this machine!!!
