I woke up this morning to a cold but sunny November day and had the urge to go out and detect. I knew that I couldn't hit a few of my favorite celler holes due to it being hunting season in my area. So I decided to hit the sports fields at a local Summer Camp I work at and had gotten permission to detect. I knew the camp has been around before the 30's and that before that it was a farm. I also knew that the camp fields had been worked over with bulldozers and other equipment to make the fields. But, I was bored and had the itch so I headed out.
