So it was arranged to meet down at the beach two of us were using our X-TERRA 705s.The other person that was with us was new to metal detecting he had just bought a sovereign mine lab and since I owned one before I was giving him a lesson on how to use it. After setting up the machine of he went he done quite well and scored a few dollars to boot and boy was he excited. my first target was a Chinese medallion and my friend was next to me as I dug it up ,so for him it was like a live dig he was surprised I also dug up a Fijian $1coin and at the end of the hunt had quite a few dollar and two dollar coins as well. Meanwhile I was calling my friend over when I got a 32 on the display and he went over it with the sovereign just to verify the sound and practice on coin targets by the end he was confident with the machine and we arranged another beach hunt next week. The Chinese medallion I was told was a good health and life guide to do good things in life and was particularly good for students .It was a good hunt and we had a good time and we formed a good friendship with our new treasure hunting buddy until next week happy hunting.
