After searching high and low with the help of mass media and social dissemination of Facebook, WLWT Cincinnati, Fox 5 Atlanta, WSB-TV 2, the president of Theta Xi Fraternity Evan Long and Paul Pomeroy and my brother John Rall in Atlanta, we have found the owner of this 1958 Georgia Tech class ring. His name is Charles Anthony Freck 83 years old of Hilton Head South Carolina. He used to work for General Electric in 1960 and retired in the 1990's, he often visited the GE Park in Springdale Ohio and that's where he lost the ring in the 1970's.
